With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Messages Received Persec monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Messages Received Persec, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Messages Received/sec is the rate, in incidents per second at which ICMP messages were received. The rate includes messages received in error.
