With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Messages Sent Persec monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Messages Sent Persec, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Messages Sent/sec is the rate, in incidents per second, at which the server attempted to send. The rate includes those messages sent in error.
