With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Powered On monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Powered On, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Boolean indicating that the physical element is powered on (TRUE), or is currently off (FALSE).
