With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Segments Received Persec monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Segments Received Persec, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Segments Received/sec is the rate at which segments are received, including those received in error. This count includes segments received on currently established connections.
