With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Segments Sent Persec monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Segments Sent Persec, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Segments Sent/sec is the rate at which segments are sent, including those on current connections, but excluding those containing only retransmitted bytes.
