With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Started monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Started, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Started is a boolean indicating whether the service has been started (TRUE), or stopped (FALSE).
