To create a WMI monitor for Time On Battery, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
TimeOnBattery indicates the elapsed time in seconds since the computer system's UPS last switched to battery power, or the time since the system or UPS was last restarted, whichever is less. Zero shall be returned if the battery is 'on line'.
