The measured value for power gain. This value does not include the amplification noise that is significant for low input signals.

The gain deviation allowed from the configured gain before an alarm is asserted. The alarm is not cleared, until measured gain(ons15501OpticalPowerGain) is back within 90% of ons15501GainTrigger from configured gain (ons15501ConfigOpticalGain).
