The information represented in octets: snmpTypeInteger, snmpTypeObjectCounter32, snmpTypeObjectGauge, snmpTypeObjectOpaque and snmpTypeUnsignedInteger32 are 4 octets long. snmpTypeCounter64 is 8 octets long. snmpTypeObjectIpAddress, snmpTypeObjectNSAPAddress, are 4 octets long. Note - Data is aligned in network order.
