The logger HDS replication Boolean object indicates whether the logger component will be replicating data to a distributor AW Historical Data Server (HDS). If 'true', the logger feeds historical data at regular intervals to the HDS for long-term storage. In this configuration, administrator reports are generated by accessing data from the HDS rather than the logger in order to remove the performance impact of reporting on the logger.
