The relative order of this queue to the other queues within the cable interface. The smaller number has higher order. That is, 0 is the highest order and 10 is the lowest order. The scheduler will serve the requests in higher order queue up to the number of requests defined in cdxBWQueueNumServedBeforeYield before serving requests in the next higher order queue. If there are n queues on this interface, the queue order will be 0 to n-1 and maximum number of requests defined as cdxBWQueueNumServedBeforeYield in order 0 queue will be served before the requests in order 1 queue to be served.
