The the number of rttMonStatsCaptureStartTimeIndex groups exceeds the rttMonStatisticsAdminNumHourGroups value, the oldest rttMonStatsCaptureStartTimeIndex group will be removed and replaced with the new entry. When the RttMonRttType is 'pathEcho', this object also uniquely defines a group of paths. See the rttMonStatsCaptureEntry object.
