This attribute represents the total number of SNMPv2 messages received by the SNMP management entity which were silently ignored because an alternate response message was greater than a local constraint or greater than the maximum message size allowed for the source Party. In other words, this attribute counts the number of error responses pdu's which could not be generated due to size constraints.
