Indicates the node identifier of the remote (neighboring) node on the other end of the link. If the pnnixLinkType is `outside link and uplink', this is the node identifier of the lowest-level neighbor node on the other end of the outside link. If the remote node ID is unknown or if the pnnixLinkType is `uplink', this attribute is set to all zeros.
