A set of parameters that applies to the connectivity from a certain node and port to another node or port or to one or more reachable address prefixes and/or transit networks, for one (or more) particular service category(s). Note that there can be multiple sets of parameters with the same tag, in which case all sets apply to the specified connectivity.
