Indicates whether this node acts as a lowest level node or whether this node is a logical group node that becomes active when one of the other nodes in this switching system becomes a peer group leader. The value 'false' must not be used with nodes that are not PGL/LGN capable. This object may only be written when pnnixNodeAdminStatus has the value down.
