The status of this entry in the atmxVpCrossConnectTable. This object is used to create a cross-connect for cross-connecting VPLs which are created using the atmxVplTable or to change or delete an existing cross-connect. This object must be initially set to `createAndWait' or 'createAndGo'. This object cannot be set to `active' unless the following columnar object exists in this row: atmxVpCrossConnectAdminStatus. To turn on a VP cross-connect, the atmxVpCrossConnectAdminStatus is set to `up'. Xylan implements createAndWait along with create&Go as create. Create is basically a superset.
