Whenever a PHY configuration (xylanImaGroupPhyTxClkSource, xylanImaGroupPhyLineLength, xylanImaGroupPhyLoopbackMode, xylanImaGroupPhyFrameFormat) is changed, and this this object is set to yes(1), the new PHY configuration will be applied to all physical ports (T1/E1) in the group.
