If this object is set to enable, then the automatic test (at the time given by ctATMPhyRedundTestTOD) is enabled. The test is periodic with a period of 24 hours. If this object is set to disable, then the automatic test is disabled. However, one can still test the ports by setting this object to immediate. If this object is set to immediate it will cause a test for validity of each redundant port for this interface to be performed immediately. The result of the test shall be available by reading the object ctATMPhyRedundTestResult. This object is persistent. However, the special value immediate is not persistent.
