Specifies the minimum time value of fddiMACTMax that shall be used by any MAC that is configured in this path. The operational value of fddiMACTMax is managed by setting this variable. This variable has the time value range of: fddimibPATHMaxTReq <= fddimibPATHTMaxLowerBound and an absolute time value range of: 10000nsec (10 msec) <= fddimibPATHTMaxLowerBound Changes to this variable shall either satisfy the time value relationship: fddimibPATHTMaxLowerBound < fddimibMACTMaxCapability of each of the MACs currently on the path, or be considered out of range. The initial value of fddimibPATHTMaxLowerBound shall be 165000 nsec (165 msec).
