This object is implemented only for a VCL which is cross-connected to other VCLs that belong to the same VCC. All such associated VCLs have the same value of this object, and all their cross-connections are identified by entries in the atmVcCrossConnectTable for which atmVcCrossConnectIndex has the same value. The value of this object is initialized by the agent after the associated entries in the atmVcCrossConnectTable have been created.
