This timer is used when proxy-reporting is disabled,the switch then has to suppress multiple IGMPv2/ MLDv1 report messages for the same group from being forwarded to the router. This is the interval (in seconds) within which report messages for the same multicast group will not be forwarded. The 'ReportForwardTimer' is per multicast group.
