This value is a bit string that indicates which traps are enabled for transmit to other agents in the system. The octet string value is treated as a 64-bit integer value. The value is a sum. It initially takes on the value 0, then for each trap which is enabled, 2 raised to the value of (a3ComSysAgentTrapDescriptionIndex - 1) for that trap is added to the sum.
