Used to specify the negative exponent of 10, used in monitoring Bipolar Violations (Code Violations for E1) over intervals defined by ds1AlarmBPVInterval. For example, for a ds1AlarmBPVErrorRate value of 6 used with a ds1AlarmBPVInterval of 15, an alarm is generated when a 15 minute period has an average error rate which exceeds 1 Bipolar Violation (Code Violation for E1) per million bits.
